Although born in Chelsea, Christyan Fox spent most of his childhood in Cheshire drawing cartoon characters and dreaming of exotic cars. Meanwhile in Nottingham, Diane was spending as much of her childhood as possible playing in sand or snow. They grew up and Christyan still spends most of his time drawing cartoon characters and most of his money on the terrible old cars he used to dream about (which constantly break down), while Diane spends as much time as possible skiing and making snowmen or swimming and building sandcastles. One day Christyan hit upon the brilliant plan to combine both of his passions and draw a car book, but Diane thought it would be a much better book if it featured words as well as pictures. So, a lot of chocolate biscuits and fruit later, they created WheelyWorld… and lived happily ever after. Some of the cars Christyan and Diane have owned:
